Graham Johnston is a leader in the Deloitte Talent Development Center of Excellence—Best Practices and Innovation group. In this role, he helps shape the firm's talent development vision and strategy to strengthen learning and development as a business enabler. He is responsible for optimizing Deloitte's learning and development programs by incorporating innovation, industry trends, and leading internal and external practices to address talent priorities and business needs. He leads the talent development measurement strategy, eminence strategy, and vendor relationship management efforts, and also supports other strategic talent initiatives for Deloitte. For three years prior, Graham served as Deloitte’s federal talent development leader. In this role, he led the design and management of learning and development solutions that built federal industry knowledge and skills for the more than 6,500 members of Deloitte's federal practice. During this time, he also served as an advisor to Deloitte's Mexico consulting practice, leading the design and deployment of the talent development strategy and solutions. Before joining the talent development group, he was a senior manager in Deloitte Consulting’s human capital practice, where he provided talent management, workforce planning and analytics, strategic change and communications, and learning and talent development solutions for federal government and commercial clients.
